October Bucket List
Updated: Oct 17, 2019
It's finally here!!!! And no, I am not talking about Stranger Things Season 4....... ( I wish I was though)
October is in full bloom!! Ever since I've been little, Fall has always been my favorite time of the year, and October has always had a special place in my heart.
Why is October is so magical?
the PERFECT temperature (not too cold and not too hot)
apple cider donuts
With that in mind, I have a lot on my to-do list before October ends! With less than 3 weeks left in the month, there's so much exploring that remains!!
Here, I have made an October Bucket List for myself and for anyone who wants to join in on the FALL FUN!! (I'll check them off as I do them to keep you updated)
1. bake snicker doodles √
with extra cinnamon!
2. visit a haunted house -
since my sister and I go to school in worcester, we are planning on going to factory of terror sometime soon (new england's biggest indoor haunted house)
3. go on a nature walk √
an easy way to enjoy the crisp
4. bake something apple-related
5. visit a pumpkin patch √
6. go to boston for the day
7. make a halloween costume
8. help my mum with thanksgiving decorations √
9. collect artifacts from nature to enhance your autumn decor -
i.e. fill vases up with fallen leaves
DO NOT fill a vase up with acorns you've collected as they will start sprouting
(this happened to me before, and it did not end well)
9. eat halloween candy √
my mum already has halloween candy out for the trick-or-treaters, so of course, my sis and I have been sneaking into it
10. attend the head of the charles regatta in boston -
11. watch halloween movies √
if I had a dollar every time I've seen hocus pocus, I think I'd be a billionaire
did you know: the character of binx (the black cat in hocus pocus) was played by over 9 different black cats

-> peep my black cat nala in front of the tv
October is all about enjoying the simpler things in life, like realizing the beauty in the world that surrounds you. One of my favorite quotes of all time is from Dr. Seuss. I know I used this quote in my last blog post too (shhh), but who's counting!!! He said,
Because when you stop and look around, this life is pretty amazing
Hope you can enjoy the rest of October just as much as I can!
Stay tuned for a new blog post coming soon ||Fall Bucket List: Cape Cod Edition||
